Customer Service Representative
Our Client is a $5 billion global diversified technology and industrial leader serving customers in over 150 countries. We are currently looking for a Client Services Representative for their Automotive Interiors Division.
Supervises account management activities of account team members on designated service accounts.
Responsible for the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction levels and portfolio renewal and expansion.
Partners with their service team members to insure that contractual obligations are being met.
Identifies opportunities for growth in assigned accounts and utilizes the Sales Team(s) as appropriate.
Actively involved in service team growth initiatives.
With account team support, and based on customer needs, develops innovative solutions for assigned accounts that optimize assets, achieve measurable life-cycle business results and are repeatable, renewable and profitable. A typical account portfolio is greater than $2 million in annual service revenue from up to 30 assigned accounts.
Requirements:
The Client Service Representative will have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or related curriculum or a minimum of six years of progressive work experience in the Technical Service Industry.
Ability to effectively communicate on a technical level with customers, supervisors, peers, and other team members.
Demonstrated skills and abilities in the areas of needs analysis, teaming, persuasion, tact and negotiation.
Ability to travel 10% to 25%.
Two years of account management related experience is strongly preferred.
