Position Available: Customer Service Specialist Job Description: The fielding of phone calls from customers, referral sources and healthcare facilities as well as e-mailed orders that are to be processed and turned into orders using Windows-based software. Assisting walk-in customers with home medical equipment and supplies by providing information regarding products, education on the process when insurance is involved and the handling of sales transactions. Internal customer support involving the coordination of deliveries with delivery personnel and external customer support involving the communication of the deliveries with referral source representatives and patients families.
