Basic Job Function ~To service client requests for support so that the customers become and continue to be retained as long-term, profitable ountabilities ~65% - Telephone/email technical support and primary point of contact between CPS and its clients. This support includes, but is not limited to, client training issues, rating discrepancy resolution, application defect resolution, enhancement requests, installation support, data interpretation, etc. ? Client training includes initial training in the use of products, and follow-up responses to questions as required. ? Rating discrepancy resolution involves receiving a discrepancy report, verifying the discrepancy, and resolving it. Resolution may involve working with Content to correct a programming error, working with the client to correct user errors, or working with both parties to resolve misinterpretation issues. ? Application defect resolution involves verifying that the reported application defect exists, reporting it to Product Development, and following up with the client as required. ? Application enhancement requests will be reported to Product Development. Once a decision has been made regarding whether a specific request will be honored, the decision will need to be reported back to the client, along with any rationale associated with it. ? Installation support involves working with the client to ensure that the applications licensed are installing properly on the client computer system. This may involve working with client IT departments to resolve issues. Data interpretation involves helping clients understand the data output by InSight so that they can use it in their decision-making activities.10% Pro-actively inform clients of actions that may affect their use of products or services, including, but not limited to, quote module availability, new version releases and features, etc. 10% Set appropriate expectations with clients for product or service delivery, performance, and price. 5% Maintain visibility into all activities relating to client service requests so that client commitments are properly met. 10% Obtain information from clients in the course of regular conversations with them that might be leveraged into Upselling or additional lifications ~HS Diploma or equivalent experience ; Bachelor?s Degree preferred1 Years Customer Service Experience Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Little or no travel lize PC daily-Microsoft Office, Excel, lity to effectively prioritize k environment is such that deadlines may fluctuate in accordance with task urgency or constraints.
