Do you have strong customer service and telephone skills that make you an outstanding Customer Service Representative? If you can answer yes to this question you may be the person that G&K Services is searching for. We are seeking a professional, client -focused Customer Service Representative to support our clients with their questions and service needs.
You will utilize your prior customer service experience to handle a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls in a fast paced environment. Your superior phone and data entry skills will ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Your attention to detail along with your problem solving skills will ensure resolution of customer issues.
As a successful candidate you will have:
- 3 to 4 years of specific customer service experience including taking and entering orders
- Handling a high volume of incoming/outgoing calls
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Computer literate on PC, ie: Word, Excel, E-Mail, etc. SAP/AS400 experience a plus
