CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Location: 5225 Tech Data Drive,Clearwater
Pay rate is$12.50an Hour with Insurance
Must be able to start December 12, 2011


Two to five years of customer service support experienceof increasing variety and/or complexity.

REQUIREMENTS:
AP Recruiters & Progress Energy Customer Service Test session will be Tuesday,November 15th, at 1:00 pm

START DATE: DECEMBER 12, 2011, 8 am to 5pm for Five Weeks-Paid Training

* JOB Responsibilities Include: Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment using state-of-the-art computer systems;

The hours are worked on a rotational (monthly) shift schedule with shift
Start times ranging between the hours of 7 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Closing 8pm. Monday to Friday
* Customer telephone inquiries in a professional, courteous, accurate and effective manner.
* Types of telephone calls received include: request for service (connects/disconnects), high bill complaints and inquiries, power failures/interruptions, bill calculations and rate issues.
* A minimum data entry/typing speed of35 key strokes per minute is requiredfor this position.
* This position answers customer calls during outage and emergency situations that may occur during and beyond normal business hours.
* Even though this is an in-bound customer service position,the expectations will be to offer/sell value-added products(surge protection, home wiring services, etc) and services to customers as well as answering questions related to products and services.
