Job Description: A successful Customer Service Agent agent will be responsible for:
* Professionally handle incoming requests via multiple communication channels and ensure that the issues are resolved to maintain service level agreements. * Maintain outstanding customer relationships with all Clients and Vendors by addressing questions and concerns with accuracy and professionalism. * Strong decision making and analytical abilities. * Demonstrate passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. * Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our customer experience. * Proficient in multi-tasking all areas of job responsibilities as defined by management. * Highly developed sense of urgency, integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Maintain an Above Average or higher on monthly scorecards. * Follow the Customer Care Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) *
Qualifications: * High school diploma or G.E.D * 1 year in a fast paced customer service environment, but less than 3 years of previous experience required. * Intermediate level understanding of Word, and Excel. * Ability to type 35 words per minute or better. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to maintain an exceptional phone presence even in difficult or complex situations; able to respond, follow-up and record calls appropriately. * Ability to enhance customer relationship through professional high quality communication. * Accept ownership for solving difficult problems, and handling unusual situations. * Ability to adjust to new circumstances; can handle operational changes with ease and confidence. * Can identify difficult problems, their causes, and use proper judgment to implement appropriate solutions. * Must be a team player willing to share ideas with others, identify where help is needed, to ensure productivity. * Vital to have the ability to interact with co-workers and internal/external customers at all levels. * Must be receptive to direction and coaching provided by management.t. * Must be able to multi-task. * Must be willing to relocate on your own. * Internal candidate must be performing in an above average capacity in their current position and be an employee in good standing. * Multi lingual Spanish/English/French skills are a plus.
