Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant
Crown Services is looking for a motivated individual to fill a Customer Service Administrative Assistant position for one of our clients.
This position will be responsible for assisting customer service team members with processing customer orders. Activities require regular interaction with customers, sales people, shipping, production and assembly departments.
Essential Functions:
Serve as Administrative Assistance to Customer Service Team members
Coordinates customer requirements to include: order entry, shipping, inventory management, production scheduling and tooling
Accurately enter orders based on customer specifications
Conduct follow up with internal team/external customers as necessary
Displays basic understanding of plant processes/product flow and impact on customer requests
Participates in team environment, ensuring proper service to customers at all times
Maintain constant communication via phone calls, e-mail and fax with all parties both internally and externally
Review customer profiles and product usage reports
Attend daily production meetings
Expedite customer orders with production and delivery schedules
Utilize IT systems proficiently as well as office productivity software
Generally considered a secondary customer contact
Monitor daily reports of customer inventories and issue factory tickets for stock replenishment
Preform pricing updates in business software (Advantzware)
Visit customers as needed
Visit vendors as needed
Assist in company inventories as assigned
Preform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:
Qualified applicants must have the following:
High school diploma
2 years corrugated industry experience or strong background in another customer service industry
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, Advantzware and other database programs
Ability to handle and organize multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Previous experience doing customer service/ data entry/ scheduling in a manufacturing facility would be a HUGE plus
