Our Customer Relations department is comprised of our Customer Relations Representative, Product Training Specialist, Prospect Sales, and Legal Administration groups. All teams are responsible for maintaining our department's white-glove service goals.
Description of position:
Tradeweb Customer Relations Reps are the key drivers for the client service experience. This includes onboarding and front line support for the customer base and encompasses the entire suite of products provided by Tradeweb. As a Customer Relations Rep you will be expected to deliver an above excellent level of service to all clients and respond to phone and email requests in a timely manner. Some of the daily responsibilities involved will include client requests for system support and information, setting up new accounts and users, resolving connectivity issues, installing software, and arranging system demonstrations. Applicants should have strong analytical and communication skills.
Qualifications
Requirements/Skills:
* 4 year degree * Excellent verbal/written communication skills * Extremely comfortable with technology - proficient with full MS Office suite * Dedicated team-player * Exemplary work ethic - eager to learn
Preferred/Skills:
* Knowledge of fixed income * Experience with electronic trading/settlement systems * 3+ years of financial service industry
Responsibilities/accountabilities:
This person would be responsible for all duties associated with client services activities, building relationships with new and existing clients, supporting implementation and training for clients, and administrative tasks and other duties as assigned by his/her manager.
