| Customer Care Representative (Chris Walker's Fitness) The ideal candidate will have some general knowledge of health and fitness as well knowledge with social networking sites. Currently this position is part time but could lead to full time. The hours you would be needed for are 11:00AM to 4:00PM Tues and Thurs, leading to full time which would add Mon, Wed and Fri from 11:00AM to 7:00PM The starting compensation is $10 per hour plus a percentage of sales when applicable. As an integral member of the team, the Customer Care Representative is responsible for all aspects of customer care. Summary of Duties and Expectations Wants to delight customers, above and beyond the call of duty Has intimate knowledge of the customers needs Has empathy for the customers situation Is able to communicate clearly, both written and in speech Talks in a way the customer can understand Has a thick skin and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers Works accurate and with eye for detail Handles in the best interest of both customer and company Is able to use automated information systems to analyze the customers situation Is able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company (eg. website, FAQ, etc) Has a pleasant, friendly style Is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer (not a job-hopper) Efficient in all Microsoft office computer programs Efficient in all social media programs Efficient in responding to and writing emails Ability to generate sales If you think you've got what it takes please forward resume to: Closing date September 30th 2010
