Duties include: - Becoming an expert with regard to the software developed by Point2 for real estate professionals - Providing technical assistance to clients regarding the operational activities of the Point2 software via phone and email Our ideal candidate possesses: - Minimum Grade 12 level education (a degree/diploma in business or computer technology would be considered an asset) - Experience with computers and a working knowledge of the Internet - Excellent written and oral communication skills - Ability to work weekends on a rotational basis The fun stuff?
