Customer Care Representative:
Your primary responsibilities as a Customer Care Representative will include but is not limited to answering calls, order entry, data entry and general office duties.
Professionalism on the phone with customers and school administrators and being detailed oriented is of the utmost importance to Edge. Expectations of the position include the exercise of good judgment under pressure, the ability to deal with all customer types in a professional and courteous manner, satisfied customers, and the accurate submission of orders and remakes.
We are looking for individuals that have the following qualities: empathy, accuracy, flexibility and a willingness to go the extra mile for service excellence. You must be a team player, friendly and pleasant. Some overtime hours may be required in the busy fall season.
