Hours:
Monday - Friday
9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Job Description:
Duties may include but not limited to:
Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls regarding customer policies.
Providing customer service in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Must be able to work 40 hours a week and have a flexible schedule
Must have 2-5 years of customer service or customer care experience.
Must have 1-2 years of data entry and loan servicing experience.
Bi-Lingual candidates are preferred
Must be willing to submit to a criminal background check and drug screen.
