Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for this Corporate Travel Counselor position include, but not limited to:
Working in a fast-paced, high volume on-site with a dedicated client; timely and accurate air/rail/car/hotel reservations consisting of both international and domestic itineraries; providing high-touch, consultative travel options within company guidelines; maintain client relations and office, client and American Express goals.
The successful candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to effectively multi-task, have strong time management skills, be a great team player and have a high level of experience booking domestic and international travel.
The ability to build and sustain excellent relationships will also be a decisive factor in the success of this roles.

Required Qualifications 3 Years SABRE GDS experience
Minimum 5 years business travel counselor experience
Superior customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extreme accuracy and quality throughout the reservation process
Good interpersonal skills a must
Strong team player-flexible and able to work well with others under pressure
Ability to respond positively to the needs of a demanding client
Successful candidate must also be highly organized, be able to multi-task and have strong problem solving skills
