Counselor I-Corporate Travel AutoReqId 131045BR Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for this Corporate Travel Counselor position include, but not limited to: Working in a fast-paced, high volume on-site with a dedicated client; timely and accurate air/rail/car/hotel reservations consisting of both international and domestic itineraries; providing high-touch, consultative travel options within company guidelines; maintain client relations and office, client and American Express goals. The successful candidate must possess outstanding customer service skills, be able to effectively multi-task, have strong time management skills, be a great team player and have a high level of experience booking domestic and international travel.
