COTS Support Analyst

Provide a variety of services ranging from day-to-day support, maintenance, design, development, and trouble-shooting to improve, advance, or simplify Dish Network business processes.
Provide 24/7 application support as part of a rotating schedule.
May provide leadership or project management within business unit, application support and/or development teams to deliver coordinated COTS software solutions.
May define standards and procedures for application software deployment, maintenance and support.
Complete quarterly internal audits as required and implement/monitor required SOX and/or PCI controls as outlined by the IT Compliance department.

A.) from four-year college or university; or two years related experience and/or training; and two plus years of experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
