CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Presidential Life Insurance Company, a publicly traded (NASDAQ: PLFE) provider of life insurance and annuity products, with assets in excess of $3.5 billion and a field sales force of more than 15,000, is seeking a dedicated, team-oriented professional with prior experience in the financial industry to provide superior customer service to our policy owners and agents.
You will provide prompt and courteous service and address customer inquiries via telephone & written correspondence; process financial requests; implement policy changes; follow-up on customer inquiries; recommend process improvement and keep management abreast of trends in customer calls.
Position requires 2+ years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment; sound technical knowledge/aptitude; the ability to thrive and multitask in a fast paced environment and strong communication, customer service, problem solving, PC (MS Office) and organizational skills.
