Client Service Representative
CoWorx Staffing Services is currently seeking an experienced Client Service Representative for our client in the Chelsea/Everett area. This is a long term position (potential for temp to hire) with a schedule of 7:30-4:00 Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $15.00-16.00 per hour depending on experience. Must have minimum of 2-3 years prior customer service experience within a manufacturing environment. Also a plus, SAP or Oracle is needed as well as knowledge of RFQ and RFP
Requirements:
- Must have 2-3 years of Customer Service experience within a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of RFQ (request for quote) & RFP (request for proposal) is required
- SAP or Oracle is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skils
- Experience communicating with customers via email (Outlook)
