Come join Corporate Office Centers. We are a growth oriented, National Company that provides office solutions to a variety of local, national and international clients. We have an immediate opening for a talented individual at our Broomfield, CO operation. You will report to the General Manager and will share in the responsibility for Center business operations that will include: generating revenue with clients, customer service, billing, accounts receivable, collections, receptionist services, telephone system and internet system support, office setup for new clients and a variety of other responsibilities that support the smooth operation of our business center.
This is a highly demanding position requiring initiative, attention to detail and the ability to work well in a fast paced and multi-tasking environment. Professional attire and a broad understanding of business protocol is a must. There is future growth potential for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities:
Operations
Promote business services to existing clients
Customer service
Corporate/special projects
Produce monthly client billing
Work with clients on accounts receivable balances
Maintain working and programming knowledge of all center equipment and software including connectivity, telephone answering, and all business equipment
Receptionist duties
Computer/Technical/Telecom
Helping clients with computer difficulties is an integral part of this position. The person who fills this role should have the following technical & telecom skills:
Ability to install a printer driver
Ability to set up a computer
Knowledge of how to navigate Windows
Familiarity with certain terms like IP Addresses, PDF, Mac addresses
Knowledge of the difference between a static IP address and a dynamic IP address
Experience troubleshooting IT problems
Understanding how VPN's work, VLAN’s, network printers, etc. a plus
Requirements:
Minimum two years proven successful bookkeeping and Executive Administrative support experience
Ability to assess situations, comprehends the need, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
Expert problem-solver with the ability to think outside the box with the ability to multi-task with confidence
Excellent computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook and QuickBooks
Technical and telecom skills as described in the Responsibilities section above
Superior organizational skills
Professional and polished image a must
