Client Service Representative
Seeking a top notch client service representative with extensive experience verifying medical billing information with insurance companies. A good fit will possess previous experience in a physician's office as a health/welfare specialist, or with a DME or PBM. Health care associates or medical admin's who have verified billing information with insurance companies may also possess the right experience.
The ideal candidate will be an outgoing team player, have perseverance and patience with a low frustration level, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a great phone manner.
Must posses a college degree, have professional level English (additional languages a plus!), be adept at problem solving, and have a good working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus!
