Are you Bilingual? Do you enjoy assisting customers? Do you have call center experience? If so, Randstad is looking for you! Randstad is currently recruting for a Bilingual Call Center Representative. We are looking for candidates that have experience communicating with customers over the phone and through email in English and Spanish. This opening is in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will possess customer service experience in a call center setting, flexibility, and the capability to handle multiple priorities throughout the day. This position supports local and international business partners. The majority of the duties will be related to the ordering processes, deadlines, shipping schedules and specifications of branded materials. This is a temporary assignment that is expected to continue for 3-6 months. We are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of work experience in a call center. All candidates considered for this role will be familiar with MS Office programs and have experience working with database software. Proven organizational and time management skills are imperative. Please note that this position does require the ability to exercise excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
