Call Center Representative
Our client, located in Apopka Fl, is looking for Call Center Representatives. This is a contract to hire position at $10.00 an hour. On a day to day basis, candidates will be required to take 40-50 inbound calls a day while providing technical support to customers. This includes troubleshooting, ticket management, and trouble ticketing. Candidates must be comfortable upselling clients with additions to their current packages. Shifts will be between the hours of 9 am- 7pm.
