Looking for individuals whom are enthusiastic, self motivated, and have a positive attitude and work ethic. Strong sales skills a MUST!! Must have effective communication skills. You will be doing 100% outbound calls (averaging 180+ calls a day) and must meet a quota of 7-10 recruits per day. You will be making calls to business leaders in the community to donate their time for charity. Must be able to think on your feet and no how to rebuttal if someone says no.
