Posted Position Title Bilingual Customer Care Representative Career Level Experienced Function Financial Services Operations Function Segment Customer Service Location Canada U.S. State, China or Canada Provinces Ontario City Mississauga Postal Code L5N 5P9 Relocation Assistance No Role Summary/Purpose As a member of the GE Capital, Fleet Services, Customer Care team, the Customer Care Associate (CCA) must provide the highest quality service when responding to the needs of valued customers. Customer Care Associates provide exceptional customer service, rapidly and accurately when responding to customer requests. The CCA works with other departments within GE, and supports and provides backup to the Customer Care team. Essential Responsibilities Receive all incoming customer calls
Manage all incoming email communications
Ensure all tasks required are done timely, accurately and service is exemplary and professional at all times
Communicate any customer problems or issues to the Team Leader as necessary/required
Handle and respond to all customer inquiries within set benchmarks
Be familiar with and adhere to each customer's fleet policies and procedures· Work together with the Operational areas (Purchasing, Remarketing, Licensing, etc)
Accurate and timely logging of all emails and phone calls into our call tracking system
Qualifications/Requirements Bilingual English/French both oral and written
College diploma
Minimum 3 Years related customer service experience within Fleet Services
Customer focused
Detailed oriented
Demonstrated team player
Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task
Strong organizational skills and problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Professionalism to interact with internal and external customers
