Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of all equipment and service offered by the Company. Provides customer assistance with promotions. Works exclusively in a Telesales environment, receiving inbound calls. Required to achieve a sales quota. Performs other duties as assigned by management.

GENERAL DUTIES

The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:

GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:
  1. Assists assigned sales associated with selling all products and services at management approved pricing. Consistently achieves sales and customer service objectives.
  2. Handles administrative aspects of the sale. Drive revenue by communicating the benefits of all products, services, features, plans and special offers to new existing customers as appropriate.
  3. Provides World Class experience by providing information on all products, services, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data to the assigned team.
  4. Report to work on time and work schedule hours. Maintain required sign on time, productivity, and quality and standards. Follow established calling guidelines and procedures provided by management.
  5. Successfully completes all sales and data training programs that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.
  6. Assists in special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Inside Sales representative handling inbound calls from Mass Media advertising/lead generation, to sell all products and services offered by AT&T, in a bargained environment. Effectively sell to the customer's needs through the use of rapport building, probing for needs and recommending a complete package of multiple lines of service, rate plans, features and accessories. Meet and exceed all monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives, while ensuring the optimum customer experience and satisfaction. Work within set key performance measurements defined by the call center and management team. Process sales transactions using internal provisioning systems and follow set processes and procedures. Maintain strong knowledge of all company products, pricing, plans/packages, promotions and features offered.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
  • One or more years of strong sales experience in wireless industry
  • PC, Windows, email and good typing skills are necessary to perform daily work functions
  • One or more years in a commission based environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast pace sales environment
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member
  • Flexibility to work evenings/nights, weekends, holidays and occasional overtime based on the needs of the business
  • Must have 100% attendance in a 6-8 week New Hire Training class
  • Educate and sell to the customer needs over the phone
  • 6 months sales experience preferred.
TESTS:
  • Applicants will be expected to pass any assessment associated with the position

SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Specific job assignments may require day, evening, weekend or holiday tours. Occasional overtime may be required.
