Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of all equipment and service offered by the Company. Provides customer assistance with promotions. Works exclusively in a Telesales environment, which may be inbound and outbound calls. Required to achieve a sales quota. Performs other duties as assigned by management.
GENERAL DUTIES
The essential functions listed below are representative of duties performed by this job title. Duties generally include but are not limited to the following:
GENERAL ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS WHICH ARE NORMALLY REQUIRED:
- Assists assigned sales associated with selling all products and services at management approved pricing. Consistently achieves sales and customer service objectives. Handles administrative aspects of the sale. Drive revenue by communicating the benefits of all products, services, features, plans and special offers to new existing customers as appropriate.
- Provides World Class experience by resolving customer complaints or referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution. Provides information on all products, services, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data to the assigned team of B2B sellers.
- Report to work on time and work schedule hours. Maintain required sign on time, productivity, and quality and standards. Follow established calling guidelines and procedures provided by management.
- Successfully completes all sales and data training programs that are identified as core curriculum within the recommended time frames.
- Assists in special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management.
