Position: Senior Online Marketing Manager - Content Analyst

Description: Become a member of a recently formed team focused on caring for the business intent of the website content throughout the delivery cycle. Manage the content creation process leveraging the creative and implementation teams to ensure the structured content arrives on the website as efficiently as possible. This position is unique and challenging allowing the selected candidate an opportunity to demonstrate proficiency in a large corporate environment.

The Content Analyst supports the creative and implementation teams ensuring they have the information they need, when they need it, to effectively deliver their "value add". Content Analysts work with the BA team to create the Content Structure Matrix. This document, together with the Business Requirements Document, serves as the foundation for expressing the business's intent regarding content. Content Analyst directly support the Content Writing creative team by communicating the business need for new and updated structured content. Content Analysts directly support the IT CMS teams by representing the content structure to the XML teams, synchronizing the structure with the writing team. Content Analysts directly support the Content Implementation team by working structure and content issues as they implement the content. Content Analysts directly support the UAT process by participating in the content defect process and engaging the needed delivery teams to fix the defects.

This position requires an individual with academic or business experience in content management and/or content creation for an online web environment. A four year college degree is preferred and a working knowledge of web technologies and concepts are required. Candidates must have experience working in large enterprise web software environments. Candidates must have the ability to support a diverse group of individuals, be an advocate of the local content process, meet deadlines by mitigating risks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, continually seek process improvement, and drive decisions. Strong analytical, written communication, verbal communication, facilitation, organization, and leadership skills are required. Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are needed to document content structure and prepare executive level presentations. Working knowledge of SharePoint is a plus. All candidates must be highly motivated, flexible, and conscientious with the ability to work in a constantly changing environment.
