Adult Residential Home Administrator
The MENTOR Network , a human services organization, is about helping people. We serve people with developmental disabilities, children with emotional and behavioral challenges, and people with acquired brain injury by offering community-based, residential, in-home and out-of-home services to fit each individual's needs and preferences.
The RN Administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of two medically intense homes in the Livermore area ensuring the care for the individuals we serve is the utmost quality as well as providing support staff with operational training.
Our homes provide:
-a family-focused environment with private and specialized rooms
-experienced licensed staff who have long-term relationships with the clients
-clients who've been with us since the home opened.
-state-of-the art equipment.
Qualifications:
- Current CA RN License
- At least 1 year of supervisory/management experience in a licensed residential program for persons with developmental disabilities, and knowledge of Title 17 and Title 22 Regulations preferred.
