VIPdesk, an established pioneer of home-based customer care, is looking for the best and brightest Travel and Customer Service Specialists to support the Travel and Rewards program for a leading credit card organization. Successful candidates will serve as Travel, Rewards, and Benefits experts by assisting and responding to customer/client requests for information via phone and email.
Compensation for this position is up to $12/hour, DOE.

As a part of our Travel and Customer Service Specialist team, you will be responsible for:
Providing accurate and timely information with the highest degree of professionalism via email and over the phone;
Recommending and booking domestic and international travel requests via GDS system;
Fulfilling Rewards redemption requests and communicating opportunities for Rewards redemptions based on available balances;
Participating in ongoing training programs.
Qualifications:
HS diploma or equivalent with some college required (degree preferred);
2+ years customer service and travel experience;
2+ years experience with a GDS system;
Adaptable, self-motivated and self-disciplined;
Detail oriented, ability to multitask, strong sense of urgency and commitment to excellence.
