We have immediate openings for Appraisal Clerks in Moon Township. The primary responsibility is to ensure the timely receipt of completed appraisal reports. You will be monitoring daily reports to identify overdue appraisals and contacting vendors for their status. The position involves recruiting and hiring of new appraisal vendors and assigning them to new orders. You will also be confirming appraisal vendor compliance.
High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office and the Internet. Appraisal experience is preferred. Must be able to multi-task and work with deadlines. This position pays $10.75-$11.00 per hour. Possible temp to hire after 90 days. Shifts are 8:30-5, 9:30-6, or 11:30-8.
