Job Responsibilities: Perot Systems is looking for Customer Service Professionals to perform with excellence inside of our Customer Care Division. We want individuals who are committed, enthusiastic, motivated and talented. Providing customer satisfaction and loyalty are your goals as you will be interacting and building relationships with our leading automotive clientele.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working in a fast paced professional call-center environment
Providing high quality, consultative customer service support to our clientele
Providing high levels of customer satisfaction by using computer keyboard operations
Using effective listening and probing skills to document, interpret, and identify customer needs or concerns

The call-center is open Monday through Friday from 8AM until 8PM. Rotating shifts apply.

Required Skills:
Two plus years of customer service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer focused call center
Demonstrate strong organizational and business decision-making skills
Ability to interact with customers and team members with professionalism and maturity
Demonstrate strong customer service skills
Ability to work independently, yet be a team player
Displays strong interpersonal skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to adapt and act quickly to process change
Ability to multi-task and have strong attention to detail
Adequate typing and Windows/PC skills
Desired Skills:
Six months of call-center experience
Love of the automotive industry is a plus
Goal oriented
Minimum Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
College experience is a plus
