Associates will be the first contact for meeting & greeting customers as they enter the store, they will be directing them to appropriate sales reps, helping with service related functions within store including billing related inquiries & issues, processing bill payments & credits, entering orders and activating services. Assisting with stock replenishment & general store projects as needed. Required to provide exceptional service that builds customer satisfaction & encourages customers to remain with the company.
