8:00 am 5:00 pm
10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Full Time Afternoon/Evening:
12:00 pm 9:00 pm
Part Time: Day, Evening, Nights, and/or weekends hours are available

You will be an integral part to HWAs success and part of the largest team in the Company. Your patience, positive attitude, and expertise in helping our customers with their home warranty are vital. Experinece in New Consturction Home Builders Warranties, Auto Warranties, or benefits Administration are a plus. A degree and bilingual (Spanish) capabilities are a plus as well. We offer incredible career potential to quick learners with excellent listing skills.
*Sign-on bonus paid after 90 days of continuous employment

Requirements:
You will be Responsible for:
Customer orders for home warranties from real estate professionals and consumers.
Processing claims for homeowners and assisting with warranty coverage inquiries.
Placing outbound calls to service providers to handle claims
Following up with clients on claims resolution.
You will be Required to:
Type 30 WPM or more
Have a professional phone manner & ability to work independently
Maintain customer satisfaction
Demonstrate patience and professionalism
